Warm-Up
Your session starts with a dynamic, coach-led warm-up on our indoor turf to get moving and comfortable with the ball.
Skills Drills
Coaches guide players through foundational skill drills built on The CONFIDENCE Code — our teaching philosophy focused on building ability one touch at a time.
Small-Sided Play
Players apply what they've learned in small-sided games, getting plenty of touches on the ball in a fun, low-pressure setting.
Facility Walkthrough
After the session, families get a walkthrough of the facility so you know exactly what to expect if you join us again.
Trial classes are open to every age group we coach, from our youngest 2021/2022 Toddlers through our 2015/2017 group, with drills tailored to each stage of development.
